With heavy hearts, we are saddened to say that the Monster Trucks Unlimited team lost one of its own. Justin Jeffers, 23, was killed in a fatal car crash early Friday morning. Jeffers was an integral member of the crew, often seen turning wrenches on the trucks at events, or hard at work at the shop.
Jeffers was not only a great crew member, but a relative of the Sims family, as a cousin to Steve Sims. Jeffers often reffered to Sims as "Uncle Steve," as the Sims family helped raise Jeffers. His memory lives on forever in our hearts. Rest in Peace Justin.
